Shipping & Return Policy
We try to ship everything as quickly as possible. We know you need your rags, wipes, safety supplies and absorbent’s quickly. If something is an emergency and you need the supplies by a certain day or time, please contact us ASAP and we will expedite our warehouse to make sure you have the items when you need them. Otherwise, you should receive your supplies in 1-7 business days.
Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. In an attempt to keep freight costs down, we will package items together in one large box. Also, this helps reduce smaller boxes getting lost in transit.
Most orders placed online will ship via FEDEX ground. If you have a shipping account, select “collect shipping” at check out and enter the carrier of choice and your account number and we will take care of this.
If the order is large enough, we will ship via truck but will contact you first to make sure you can receive the truck and what receiving hours are. If you would prefer to do this over the phone, we are available sat 215-289-6507.
Bulk orders (basically anything over 300-lbs) will need to be handled a different way. Please call us and discuss with a customer service rep the most economical way for shipping.
There is nothing worse than buying a product and not being happy with it. Contact us immediately if you receive your item and are not completely satisfied. As long as the product is unopened and hasn’t been used, we will refund you 100% for the cost of the product (minus the shipping fees to/from). If you are unsure about what item to order, contact us. Being in the industry for over 30+ years, we understand rags, wipes, absorbent pads and safety supplies. We would rather you sample products before you buy them.
