Excellent safety glasses!
These are excellent safety glasses! I work in a variety of outdoor and marine environments and these glasses perform well in all of them.
Pros:
- Lightweight, snug comfortable fit and they don’t slip around when sweating and looking down.
- Ends of the temple arms are adjustable so you can customize the fit and grip of the glasses.
- Adjustable, comfortable single piece nose grip…don’t have to worry about the pads falling off.
- Polarization does not interfere with smart phones or laptop screens.
- Safety rating molded into frame, not printed with ink, so they won’t be rejected because the rating imprint rubbed off with wear.
- Bifocals have a clear undistorted view and are well placed down out of the way for normal forward field of view…no annoying split vision from the bifocal line.
- Upper lens portion provides clear, undistorted vision.
Cons:
- They don’t play well with Dell desktop computer monitor screens in the standard landscape position…the polarization is 90 degrees to the polarization of the monitor and blocks all light. But I don’t need to wear them indoors, so it’s not really a problem. But it did serve as a good test for how well the polarization of the glasses worked.
Customer Service at Y-Pers is above and beyond the call of duty. When there was a hiccup with the shipping…totally the fault of the shipping company, not Y-Pers…Max at Y-Pers reached out to let me know they had noticed a problem with the shipping and were looking into it. He also offered a unique solution in the event the shipping company couldn’t, or wouldn’t, resolve the problem. And while I never heard anything from the shipper, other than once just to say they would look into it, Y-Pers continued to monitor the situation and were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process.
