Y-pers has been family owned and operated for over 30 years –that’s some longevity! We are now in our 2nd generation and have 3 members of the family at Y-pers (well 4, if you include the office dog). Additionally, we consider all employee’s family with most employees having worked 10+ years here.
2. Expert Consulting Available 7:30 AM thru 5 PM EST Monday – Friday
Nothing is worse than calling a company and hearing an automated system prompting you to jump through hoops in order to talk with someone. Well, at Y-pers you will always speak to a live person. We pride ourselves on always answering the phone, in fact we only have voicemail when the office is closed. Even then, voicemails are transcribed to an email where we can reply from our cell phones. We are available every Monday thru Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM EST.

If you find yourself ordering the same product month after month, why not put you’re purchasing on auto-pilot and let us handle it? We have developed an auto-ship program which will enable you, the customer, to schedule when your products are shipped on a reoccurring basis. Auto ship locks in the current price and provides access to bigger discounts than offered throughout the site. Whether the purchasing agent is out or something slips through the cracks, auto shipment ensures you won’t run out of supplies.

If you are willing to commit to the volume, we are willing to commit to the discount! Whether you buy thousands of pounds of rags, cases of gloves or pallets of absorbent supplies bulk ordering discounts are available. Also, our flexible shipping options allow us to mix and match pallets to provide our customers a one stop shopping experience.

As previously mentioned, we take things personally here! If you’re not happy, we aren’t happy. If for whatever reason you aren’t satisfied with the quality of our products, please let us know. We aren’t mind readers and won’t know if something is wrong unless you tell us.
6. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. However, most customers set up Net-30 payment terms and issue Purchase Order’s (PO). If you prefer to use a PO’s and set-up payment terms, contact us to fill out a credit application and we will be more than happy to extend Net-30 payment terms to your company.
